I’ve been thinking about doing this series for a number of years, especially now that I’ve taken control of my own anxiety. It seems like a good time to write it all because of the state of this planet.
There has been so much emotion and absolute absurdity going on for the last 4-6 months. So much drama on social media. So much hatred and violence and fear-mongering...I know I’m not the only one who has struggled physically and mentally because of everything that is going on. I figured if I shared my story, my struggles, my victories, and thoughts, maybe it would help someone.
If nothing else, just know that you’re not alone as you read through the series.
I am going to start off the Anxiety Series with My Story...I guess it will be about my history from the first time I remember having a panic attack to being diagnosed and up to the current time.
I’m not sure how many parts there will be yet, but I want to keep them relatively short. Because attention spans.
