Live Guided Meditation

Live Guided Meditations can be used for privet individual sessions, in your business, at an event you are hosting, or for a group of family or friends.

Whether this meditation is just for you or a group of 2 or more, you can choose to set an intention for the session or you can allow me to follow the spontaneous energy and lead you through what wants to come through in the moment. Because these sessions are not scripted, any intentions that are set will only be referred to in a casual maner.

Examples of Intentions: Wanting to invite more peace into your life or business, connecting to expanded awareness, healing for the body, letting go of fears or worries, desire for answers or guidance, heightened creativity, relaxation, etc.
