I am a certified Life Coach with special training in Life Purpose and Self-Realization. My goal is to help you connect with the part of you that has the answers you are looking for. I want to support you in realizing who you really are, uncovering your purpose, embracing healing and well-being, and helping you reach your goals.

My style of coaching arises out of knowing that each emotion and desire is unique in every moment and so my method of helping my clients is spontaneous in nature. You will find that our sessions seem much more like friends talking rather than a clinical approach.
Details:
- Currently, I am only doing in-person coaching sessions locally in Ely Minnesota.
- For my comfort, I do not offer coaching sessions with men. And for legal reasons, I do not work with minors.
